This notice explains what happens when you visit the TandemFlow AI website, contact us, or begin a service conversation. It covers this public website; a signed client agreement defines any project-specific data handling.
Information this website collects
When you submit the bottleneck form, TandemFlow AI receives your name, email address, and whatever you choose to share about your business and the workflow you want reviewed. That can include your role, team size, how the task works today, the tools involved, rough time estimates, and a link to a screen recording. If you click “Add to my free review” under the cost calculator, the estimate you calculated is included. Netlify Forms processes and stores the submission on our behalf and filters it for spam. We use these details to prepare your free review, respond to your inquiry, and discuss possible next steps.
The form sends your entries only when you submit it and does not save them to browser storage. “Copy email address” copies our contact address to your clipboard. You can also email us directly.
If standard server logs or privacy-respecting traffic measurements are enabled by the hosting provider, they may record technical details such as the requested page, time, browser type, and an abbreviated or full IP address for security and operations. TandemFlow AI does not use this website to sell personal information or build advertising profiles.
Information you send
If you email TandemFlow AI, we receive the information in your message and the email address you use. We use it to respond, evaluate fit, prepare a requested proposal, maintain business records, and protect against misuse. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, regulated personal data, or client files through an initial inquiry.
How your review is prepared
To turn reviews around quickly, TandemFlow AI may use AI services, such as large language model providers, to help organize your answers and draft your review. These providers process the information on our behalf, and every review is checked by a person before it is sent. If you share a link to a recording, we use it only to prepare your review. You control that link and can revoke access at any time. Please leave passwords, account numbers, client names, health information, and other sensitive details out of the form and any recording.
Scheduling a call
If you book a call, Cal.com processes your booking details on our behalf, such as your name, email address, chosen time, and any answers you provide, and the meeting is added to our calendar.
Service engagements
Before project access, a signed agreement will define the systems involved, permitted use, security responsibilities, retention, confidentiality, ownership, and the process for closing access. Those project terms control if they differ from this public notice.
Service providers and retention
Netlify (our form and hosting provider), our email provider, Cal.com (if you book a call), and any AI services used to draft reviews process inquiry information as needed to deliver their services. Inquiry records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, business records, legal obligations, and security. Project data follows the signed client agreement.
Your choices
You may ask what inquiry information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask for deletion when no legal or contractual reason requires retention. Contact hello@tandemflowai.com. We may need to verify the request before acting.

This notice may change as the website and business mature. The effective date above will be updated when the notice changes materially.
