I come from commercial insurance, one of the most paperwork-heavy corners of the economy: quotes, submissions, certificates, renewals, and an inbox that never quite empties. I know what Monday morning looks like under a full inbox, because I’ve worked hundreds of them.

TandemFlow exists because I kept watching talented people spend their best hours forwarding, re-typing, and chasing. Here’s the bet: if AI can take the busywork out of insurance, it can take it out of almost any small business, one well-built workflow at a time, with a human hand still on the handlebars.
