Everyday business tools
Insurance agency systems
Customer emails waiting for a reply. The same details typed into three different systems. Follow-ups squeezed in after hours. Another Friday spent rebuilding the same report.
The point is to give you time back—for the decisions, customers and people who deserve your attention.
AI guidance & hands-on training
Maybe you’ve tried a few tools. Maybe you feel behind and don’t know which ones matter. We can start with your questions and the work you already do.
You can hire me just to learn. No automation project needed.
We’ll find useful tools, try them on real tasks and work through the questions together. Leave with examples you can reuse and a next step you understand.

Learn to ask better questions, draft emails, summarize information and turn an idea into a useful first draft.
Check answers against reliable sources, spot confident mistakes and decide what information should stay private.
Useful skills. Better tools. More choice over how you spend your time.
What manual work costs
Estimate the time and labor cost tied up in one workflow. It’s your starting point for deciding whether a pilot is worth exploring.
Adds your estimate to the form below.
Assumes 52 weeks per year. Hourly cost includes pay, benefits, and overhead. This is current labor cost, not guaranteed savings; software, implementation, and review time affect the return.
For an automation project
For a build, we start with a free review of one task. If there’s something worth automating, we scope it. If learning to use your existing tools is enough, we can focus on that instead.
Fill out the bottleneck form, and add a short screen recording if you can. I look at the task the way an operations lead would, then send you a written review.
What I look at
What you get
It’s yours to keep whether or not we work together. AI helps me draft it faster, and I check all of it before it reaches you.
We agree on the boundary, baseline, tools, guardrails, success measure, ownership, and fixed fee before any build or data access.
Tangled workflow, or several candidates? A fixed-fee AI Opportunity Audit maps them first and ranks what to automate, so you only build the one that pays off.
A typical build pilot runs two to four weeks. You see it working in your world, compare it with the baseline, and receive a documented handoff.
Honest math, both directions
Not every task should be automated. If a step needs judgment, a relationship, or a call that’s expensive to get wrong, the review says so, and it stays with your team.
See how the three lanes workOutcomes, not robot magic
A new inquiry. A follow-up that slipped. A document nobody can find. Start with one everyday problem, so your team can spend less time on routine admin and more time where their attention matters.
A customer gets in touch. Capture the request, collect what’s missing, and give the right person a clear next step. Keep the conversation moving without copying it into three different places.
Keep outstanding documents, quotes, invoices, and requests moving. Draft or send reminders on an agreed schedule, with stop rules and exceptions routed to your team.
Human control is the architecture
Every action belongs in one of three lanes. The signed scope documents those choices before the pilot begins.
Low-risk, repeatable steps with clear stop rules.
For exampleAppointment reminder → sent on your schedule
The system prepares the work; a person approves it.
For exampleQuote follow-up → draft ready for approval
Exceptions, judgment calls, or sensitive conversations.
For exampleCustomer complaint → routed to an owner

Questions worth asking
Clear boundaries are a feature, not paperwork.
Business owners and teams who want to understand AI, use it more confidently, or reduce repetitive work. You can start with a question, a learning goal or a workflow that needs attention. Explore the examples.
Yes. AI guidance and hands-on training are standalone paid services. We can work through tool choices, useful prompts, everyday examples, checking answers and handling information carefully. You do not need to commission an automation or buy new software. We agree on the learning goals, format and fee first.
Usually not. You’ve already bought enough software. The first question is what your current tools can do; if a new one is genuinely necessary, it goes in the scope and budget before you approve anything.
Only if you explicitly choose that rule for a defined, low-risk action. Other steps can be drafted for review or escalated to a person. The three lanes are decided and documented with you.
The goal is to support your team: less routine admin, more room for judgment, relationships and life outside work. We decide together what should run automatically, what needs review and what belongs with a person.
The initial workflow review is free. AI guidance and training, opportunity audits and build pilots are paid engagements with a fixed scope and fee agreed in writing before work starts. Training is scoped around your learning goals and team; builds depend on the systems, complexity and controls involved. There’s no required retainer.
I’ll reply within 2 business days of a complete form. For a workflow, that means a written review. For AI guidance or training, we’ll clarify what you want to learn and agree on the next step.
Yes. AI helps me organize your answers and draft the review faster, and I check every review before it’s sent. It’s the same “draft for review” lane I’d set up for you.
A focused build pilot typically runs two to four weeks after scope and access are ready. Discovery or tool limitations can change that timeline, so the signed scope carries the real date.
You receive documentation covering what was built, how it runs, the agreed controls, and how to stop it. If there is another valuable workflow, we scope it separately. If not, the engagement ends. On purpose.
